David’s mission is simple:

Guiding people on their path to mastery.

Extraordinary Experiences

Over the past 34 years, he has worked as a salesperson in numerous industries and depended primarily on the phone to make sales. 

David had a rough childhood and endured the kind of family struggles that stop many people in their tracks. 

David however turned those challenges into opportunities by finding strength through his hard work, resilience and perseverance, and uses the same skills as a father, business owner, coach and husband.

David’s passion for helping others extends beyond sales. 

Over the years he’s worked hard to not only shape his life into something fulfilling and positive, but to show others they can do the same, regardless of their circumstances. 

In his free time, David speaks at schools and graduations to share his story and inspire both children and adults.

1st Job – Telemarketer @ Kirby Vacuum

David calls to set appointments for Kirby Vacuum cleaner demonstrations.

Telemarketer – Credit Card Sales

David starts taking credit card applications over the phone – when you could still do that. He quickly learned that what seemed to be a frustrating and difficult job for his peers came surprisingly easy for him.

Telemarketer – Media Sales

David helped build a regional magazine called Condo Media, where he spent most of his day cold-calling out of telephone books and trade magazines, selling advertising to businesses.

1st Year in Real Estate – Sells 42 Homes

In his first year of real estate, David sells 42 homes through phone prospecting, far surpassing the average of only 6 homes per agent. David listed 7 for sale by owner homes his first month in real estate.

Founder of Hill Team Associates

David founded Hill Team Associates, a division under Keller Williams Realty, where he currently serves as CEO. This is where he realized his passion for helping salespeople improve their skills to advance their careers. #1 Ranked Team in the entire MLS in 2016. Sold over 1000 homes.

Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer

David graduates as a Dale Carnegie Certified Effective Communications trainer.

Top 100 Nationally

David’s drive and talent enabled him to rise through the ranks of KW and qualify as a member of the “Gary Keller Private Mastermind”, which is comprised of the top 100 agents at the firm, who get to mastermind with Gary, the founder of Keller Williams, four times per year.

Boxing Champion

David achieves boxing champion status.

Published Book: “The Sales Playbook”

David publishes “The Sales Playbook: 11 Simple Strategies to Close More Sales” on Amazon and it quickly ranks as a top-seller in sales and real estate.

Certified National Instructor

David becomes one of only 97 certified National Instructors who are paid to teach at a national level—a major achievement considering the 127,000 agents at KW. The training organization, KW University, was awarded #1 Training Organization in 2015 by Training Magazine.

Founder “Path to Mastery” Training Company

David founds his own Coaching and Training Company, starting with “XF Bootcamp” where he teaches a seven-week course on phone prospecting. Many of the tried-and-true techniques he teaches in this course end up in David’s published book, “Path to Mastery” on Amazon.

Podcast Launch – Path to Mastery

David hosts his first Podcast of what will be 200+ Episodes on mastery, sales, and being a great human being, titled “Path to Mastery”, available on Apple iTunes and all major podcasting platforms. Guests include Gary V, Mel Robbins, Brian Tracy, Harv Eker.

David is personally hired by the owner of his then-brokerage to consult and recruit large independent brokerages to the firm.

David joins an innovative, nationwide, digital-first brokerage, as both an equity owner and National Team Leader.

David is also the father of 3 amazing daughters; Jaquilyn 28, Samara 8, Penelope 3 and a beautiful grand daughter Averly. 

And married to the woman of his dreams –  Vee.
