What you do before 11am on Sat sets up your whole day!!

I have been asked about my morning routine many times so I figured I would share it. As you can see from below, it’s pretty simple and straight forward, but it works.
  • Hydrate(half bottle water chug)
  • Knees(2 min)
  • Small Healthy Breakfast(protein bar/banana)
  • Read 5 pages from “Thoughts are things.”
  • Journal with black tea(20 min)
  • Meditation(20 min)
  • Gym(20 min stretch)(30 min weight training)(10 min running)
Time Ferriss Podcast to and from Gym.
11am – Time for a tremendous, opportunity filled abundant day!!!
