I have been asked about my morning routine many times so I figured I would share it. As you can see from below, it’s pretty simple and straight forward, but it works.
Sat Morning Routine – 7:30am
- Hydrate(half bottle water chug)
- Knees(2 min)
- Small Healthy Breakfast(protein bar/banana)
- Read 5 pages from “Thoughts are things.”
- Journal with black tea(20 min)
- Meditation(20 min)
- Gym(20 min stretch)(30 min weight training)(10 min running)
Time Ferriss Podcast to and from Gym.
11am – Time for a tremendous, opportunity filled abundant day!!!
